Ingredients
- 2 c. Brown rice, cooked
- 1 1/2 c. Soy lowfat milk, "rice dream"
- 1 c. Raisins, or possibly currants
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Method
- Preparation Time: 0:55 Combine all ingredients.
- Pour into a casserole, cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 min.
- May be served warm or possibly cool.
