Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 4 large bananas
  • 1 (No. 2) can drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 large (10 oz.) whipped topping
  • 1 c. chopped maraschino cherries

Method

  • Melt 1 stick margarine and add graham cracker crumbs to make a crust in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Beat powdered sugar, eggs and 2 sticks of margarine for 10 minutes.
  • Spread on top of crust. Next, slice bananas on top of the sugar mixture.
  • Spoon pineapple over bananas.
  • Spread thawed whipped topping over pineapple. Sprinkle nuts and cherries on top.
