Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 can chicken and rice soup
- 4 Tbsp. catsup
- 1/3 c. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Brown beef and drain; add soup and catsup to beef mixture. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
- Just before serving, add cheese and stir until blended in.
- Serve on buns.
