Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. lean roast
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle catsup
- 4 Tbsp. liquid hickory smoke
- 4 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 4 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
Method
- Cook roast slowly in small amount of water until very tender. Remove from heat.
- When slightly cool, remove bone and fat.
- Cut into small pieces.
- Return to heat.
- Add other ingredients; cook until meat is stringy, stirring often.
- Delicious served on toasted hamburger buns.
