Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 large salmon fillets
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted or substitute with nonfat
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped chives (fresh)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh)
  • 1 Tbsp. dill (fresh)
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic

Method

  • Rinse salmon and pat dry. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well and brush over salmon. Place salmon on an oil grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side, basting with butter. Fish is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 150° and flakes easily when tested with a fork. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
