Ingredients

  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 6 stalks celery, cut diagonally
  • 2 med. onions, slivered
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can bamboo shoots, liquid removed
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 2 c. bean sprouts fresh, or possibly 1 can, liquid removed
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 (7 ounce.) can water packed tuna, liquid removed

Method

  • Dissolve bouillon water.
  • Add in soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Stir in cornstarch till dissolved.
  • Slice celery diagonally 1/8 inch thick.
  • Slice onions in very thin slices or possibly slivers.
  • Cut mushrooms in slices.
