Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 can low-fat sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. lime juice
- 1 egg plus 2 egg yolks, beaten until light
- 1 tsp. lime rind
Method
- Mix milk, juice and eggs.
- Pour into graham cracker crust. Garnish with lime rind.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
