Ingredients
- 3 (1 lb.) cans small beets
- 5 oz. jar horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- salt to taste
Method
- Empty cans of beets; grate the beets.
- Add horseradish, vinegar, sugar and salt.
- Put in jars and refrigerate.
- Serve with meat dishes.
