Ingredients

  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 x graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 sm packag lemon instant pudding mix
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. halved fresh strawberries
  • 1 env Dream Whip, whipped

Method

  • Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 Tbsp.
  • lowfat milk in bowl till smooth.
  • Spread in bottom of piecrust.
  • Arrange strawberries on cream cheese mix.
  • Prepare whipped topping mix as directed on package.
  • Prepare pudding mix with one c. lowfat milk; mix in one c. whipped cream.
  • Spoon into piecrust and refrigeratetill set(about 2 hrs).
  • Garnish with rest of whipped cream and add in more strawberries, if you like.
