- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 tsp. steak sauce
- 1 (32 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 can whole corn
- 1 can string beans
- basil
- dried mustard
- salt and pepper
Method
- Brown onions, green pepper and ground beef in oil.
- Add all vegetables, steak sauce, a pinch of basil and dried mustard.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook 20 to 25 minutes.
