Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb (8 ounces) blue cheese, Broken into small pcs
  • 8 Tbsp. (1 stick) butter or possibly Margarine, softened
  • 2 c. All-purpose or possibly rice flour
  • 1/4 c. Buckwheat groats or possibly minced Toasted nuts of your choice
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk

Method
