- 1/2 lb (8 ounces) blue cheese, Broken into small pcs
- 8 Tbsp. (1 stick) butter or possibly Margarine, softened
- 2 c. All-purpose or possibly rice flour
- 1/4 c. Buckwheat groats or possibly minced Toasted nuts of your choice
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
Method

- 305 F. 20 to 25 min Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cream the butter and cheese together in the food processor, or possibly in a large bowl using a pastry blender or possibly two kinves.
- In another bowl, stir together the flour, buckwheat groats or possibly nuts (if you like) and pepper.
- Add in the flour mix to the butter-cheese mix and blend well.

- Prick each cracker in 1 or possibly 2 places with the tines of a fork.
- Bake for 15 min, turn, and bake for an additional 5 - 10 min, or possibly till medium brown.
