Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 4 -6 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 12 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 14 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • snipped chives, to garnish

Method

  • Place potatoes and garlic in a saucepan and cover with water.
  • Bring to a boil; cook until tender.
  • Drain potatoes.
  • Place potato mixture and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mash to desired consistency, adding garlic powder to taste.
  • Garnish with chives and serve.
