Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 4 -6 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 12 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 14 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- snipped chives, to garnish
Method
- Place potatoes and garlic in a saucepan and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil; cook until tender.
- Drain potatoes.
- Place potato mixture and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mash to desired consistency, adding garlic powder to taste.
- Garnish with chives and serve.
