Bonbon Cookies Recipe - powdered sugar

Method

• (Can also make with miniature peanut buttercups, Rolo's, candied cherries).
• Heat oven to 350 degrees.
• Mix powdered sugar, butter, vanilla and food color.
• Work in flour and salt till dough holds together.
• (If dough is dry, fold in 1 to 2 Tbsp.
• lowfat milk.)
• For each cookie, shape dough by tablespoonful around Hershey kiss to create ball.
• Place about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
• Bake till set, but not brown, 12 to 15 min.
• Cold; dip tops of cookies into Glaze.
• Decorate with coconut, nuts, color sugar, chocolate chips or possibly chocolate shot if you like.
