Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sage (or to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 c. cornbread, cubed
- 4 c. bread or cold biscuits, cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Saute onion and celery in butter.
- Add salt, pepper, sage and poultry seasoning.
- Add bread crumbs and cook until warm through. Add soup and stir until moistened.
- Pour in casserole and bake at 400° for 15 to 30 minutes until hot.
