Ingredients
- 1 to 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1 pkg. ground sausage
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 to 8 beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
Method
- Brown sausage in skillet, pour off grease.
- Grease pizza pan or cookie sheet.
- Take crescent rolls apart and stretch them as far as you can without tearing them.
- Place side by side on pan. Take eggs and milk and mix together.
- Pour part of this on crescent rolls, then alternate your sausage, cheese and eggs with cheese being your last topping.
- Bake at 350° until eggs are done, knife will come out clean when inserted in center.
- You can vary the toppings any way you like.
