Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1 pkg. ground sausage
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 to 8 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk

Method

  • Brown sausage in skillet, pour off grease.
  • Grease pizza pan or cookie sheet.
  • Take crescent rolls apart and stretch them as far as you can without tearing them.
  • Place side by side on pan. Take eggs and milk and mix together.
  • Pour part of this on crescent rolls, then alternate your sausage, cheese and eggs with cheese being your last topping.
  • Bake at 350° until eggs are done, knife will come out clean when inserted in center.
  • You can vary the toppings any way you like.
