Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. broccoli florets
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2/3 (8 oz.) pkg. herbed stuffing mix
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 2/3 c. chopped walnuts

Method

  • Cook and drain broccoli.
  • Put into 2-quart greased casserole. Melt 1/2 cup butter.
  • Blend in flour and gradually add milk and bouillon cubes.
  • Pour over broccoli.
  • Heat water and butter until melted.
  • Pour over stuffing and toss with walnuts.
  • Place on top of casserole.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
