Ingredients
- 2 pkg. broccoli florets
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2/3 (8 oz.) pkg. herbed stuffing mix
- 2 c. milk
- 2/3 c. water
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2/3 c. chopped walnuts
Method
- Cook and drain broccoli.
- Put into 2-quart greased casserole. Melt 1/2 cup butter.
- Blend in flour and gradually add milk and bouillon cubes.
- Pour over broccoli.
- Heat water and butter until melted.
- Pour over stuffing and toss with walnuts.
- Place on top of casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
