Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
  • 2 c. sliced, cooked chicken
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Method

  • Cook broccoli.
  • Arrange in greased casserole.
  • Place chicken on broccoli.
  • Combine mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice and curry. Pour over chicken.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Mix crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over cheese.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
  • Serves 6.
