Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. broccoli, trimmed (broccoli in florets and stems sliced and peeled)
  • 1/4 Tbsp flour
  • 1 can (10.75 oz.) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c. stuffing mix

Method

  • Cook broccoli until stalks are slightly tender and drain. In bowl mix flour, soup and sour cream. Add onion, salt and pepper. Place broccoli in baking dish. Pour soup over broccoli and sprinkle with stuffing mix. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until stuffing mix is golden brown and crisp.
