Ingredients
- 2/3 cup safflower oil or 2/3 cup light olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
- In a covered jar or cruet, combine oil, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, garlic, and salt and pepper.
- Shake well and chill.
- Shake well before serving.
