Ingredients
- 4 lb. chuck roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 2 c. Burgundy wine
Method
- Put roast in pan; cover with soups and dry soup and wine. Cover with lid or foil.
- Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
- Do not remove.
- Cover until finished.
