- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 13 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 14 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 14 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Method
- Using a food processor or whisk, blend together all the ingredients.
- Chill before using and serve within 1 day of preparation.
