Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 (21 oz.) can baked beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can lima beans
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
Method
- Saute beef, onion, celery, green pepper.
- Add to remaining ingredients in a 2 quart casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours (or microwave on High 10 to 12 minutes) until heated through. Makes 8 servings, approximately 300 calories each.
