Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 (21 oz.) can baked beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can lima beans
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped

Method

  • Saute beef, onion, celery, green pepper.
  • Add to remaining ingredients in a 2 quart casserole.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours (or microwave on High 10 to 12 minutes) until heated through. Makes 8 servings, approximately 300 calories each.
