Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 can Progresso minestrone soup
- 1 can black-eyed peas
- 1 can Veg-All
- 1 can corn
Method
- Brown and drain meat; add onion.
- Add remaining ingredients and heat over medium heat for about an hour.
