Ingredients
- 3 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- cinnamon and sugar
Method
- In bottom of deep dish baker or pie pan, mix brown sugar, melted butter and syrup together.
- On cutting board, spread crescent rolls out, two at a time, to form a rectangle.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Place a line of chopped pecans down one end.
- Roll up dough in a tube; cut into 5 pieces.
- Place in baking dish, arranging over caramel mixture.
- Place in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before inverting onto serving plate so the caramel can set up and not run.
