Ingredients
- 6 large artichokes
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. grated cheese
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 8 Tbsp. olive oil
- pinch of oregano
- 1 c. beer
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon
- 4 chopped anchovy fillets (optional)
Method
- Cut off tips of artichokes, about 1/2 to 3/4-inches.
- Remove outer leaves.
- Wash carefully.
- Tap on table to spread leaves apart.
- Shake out all water.
