Ingredients
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can tuna or chicken
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. onion
- 4 oz. (3/4 c.) cashews
- 1 can chow mein noodles
- 1 can sliced pimento (optional)
Method
- Blend soup with water.
- Combine all other ingredients.
- (Save a few noodles for top.)
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 5.
