Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 16 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 cottage cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 container sour cream
- 1 bag noodles
Method
- Brown hamburg; add chopped onion and green pepper.
- Add to cooked meat the tomato sauce.
- Set aside.
- Mix together cottage cheese, cream cheese (softened) and sour cream.
- Layer cooked noodles, cheese mix, then hamburg.
- Cook at 375° for 3/4 hour. Salt and pepper to taste.
