Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. hashbrowns, thawed
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup cheese sauce, warmed
  • 9 eggs, beaten
  • pepper
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup half and half
  • salt
  • garlic salt
  • 1 cup stuffing

Method

  • Spray bottom of pan. Layer hashbrowns, sprinkle stuffing over potatoes. Layer ham on top. Mix eggs and cheese sauce with half & half, salt, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over top and stir into the rest of ingredients a little. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 - 45 minutes covered, then remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
