Ingredients
- 2 each cheddar wurst hotdog
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese (whatever you like)
- 5 flour tortillas
- tbsp or more of oil to fry burrito in
- 1 as desired Sourcream
- 1 as desired HOT SAUCE or salsa
Method
- Cook hotdogs on grill or in pan ...set aside
- Scramble five eggs , season with salt and pepper....set aside
- Combing egg and hotdog mixture together
- Roll egg and hotdog ( adding cheese) in flour tortilla (like a burrito)
- Place back in pan and fry in small amount of oil.
- Brown on all sides
- When done place sourcream on top and sprinkle with hot sauce.
