Ingredients
- 3 c. corn
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. shredded cheese, divided
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Cook corn in salted water for 2 to 3 minutes (1/2 cream-style, 1/2 whole corn is a good combination).
- Drain.
