Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn with sweet peppers, drained
- 1 stalk celery, chopped (1/2 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of onion powder
Method
- In a mixing bowl combine corn and celery.
- For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine oil, sugar, vinegar, celery seed, dry mustard and onion powder.
- Cover and shake well.
- Pour dressing over corn mixture.
- Mix until coated.
