Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 cups Crushed Saltine Crackers
- 1/4 cups Diced Onion
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- Pepper To Taste
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese (up To Double This Amount If Desired)
- 1 pound Pasta Of Your Choice, Cooked According To Package Instructions
- 1 cup Prepared Brown Gravy (homemade Or From A Mix)
Method
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, combine the ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese in a large bowl.
- Use your hands or a fork to mix.
- Preheat an electric skillet to medium or heat a large skillet on the stove on medium for a couple minutes.
- On a piece of wax paper or foil, make six to eight equal-sized piles of the meat mixture.
- Form each pile into a patty.
- Place the patties in the skillet, cover and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side or until done.
- Serve with pasta and gravy.
