Ingredients
- 8 eggs, whipped well
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can skim evaporated milk
- 1 qt. half and half
- 16 oz. jar maraschino cherries (juice too)
Method
- Whip the eggs well.
- Add condensed milk, sugar, vanilla and skim evaporated milk.
- Beat well and pour into ice cream freezer container.
- Add half and half.
- In blender, put the maraschino cherries (juice too) and blend just a few seconds.
- Pour into freezer container with remaining ingredients.
- Fill to fill line on freezer with whole milk and freeze.
