Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar (melted but not pure liquid)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Method

  • Combine flour baking soda, cornstarch and salt
  • On a separate dish combine brown sugar granulated sugar and butter and with an electric hand mixer or a whisk beat until well mixed, then add eggs and vanilla and mix then combine with the dry ingredients and then fold in chocolate chips
  • Next put the dough in a closed container and leave it in the fridge for atleast an hour
  • Now get a baking sheet and line it with non stick paper and form your cookie dough balls about 2 tbls big now the higher you roll the cookie the thicker it'll be if you don't want it too thick flatten the balls a little you can also add a little more chocolate chips for presentation
  • Set your oven to 350 and leave in there for about 9-11 min or until golden brown.
