Ingredients
- 5 skins of legs and thighs about a cup
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika I used Hungarian
Method
- Take skins fry in oil mix the spices add skins to a paper towel let excess oil drain into towels then put into a bag add spice mix shake and serve
