Ingredients
- 6 to 8 chicken breasts (skin on)
- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. water
Method
- Place rice, soup and water in pan.
- Place chicken on top, skin side up.
- Cover and bake in a 300° oven for 60 minutes. Check once during baking.
- If dry, add water.
