Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs, browned in butter

Method

  • Sprinkle breasts with seasonings.
  • Bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
  • Chill and bone.
  • Cook broccoli until tender.
  • Place spears across greased 2-quart dish.
  • Add breasts.
  • Combine soup, dressing, lemon juice and curry.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Top with buttered crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. This may be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated.
