- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. Miracle Whip
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs, browned in butter
Method
- Sprinkle breasts with seasonings.
- Bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
- Chill and bone.
- Cook broccoli until tender.
- Place spears across greased 2-quart dish.
- Add breasts.
- Combine soup, dressing, lemon juice and curry.
- Pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with buttered crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. This may be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated.
