Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) box macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. pimento, chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 stick butter

Method

  • Add all ingredients into cooked macaroni except crackers and butter.
  • Pour into greased casserole dish and top with Ritz crackers.
  • Dot with pats of butter or margarine and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Tent with foil if topping browns too quickly.
