Ingredients
- 8 (2 1/2 oz.) skinned chicken breast halves
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
- 1/4 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Combine chicken and water to cover in a large saucepan; cover and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Drain well.
- Chop chicken.
- Set aside.
