Ingredients

  • 1 each of drumstick and wing or optional
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp sherry wine vineger
  • 1 cup dried cranberry
  • 1 cup heinz tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heinz chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp brown sugar

Method

  • PAN FRY CHICKEN
  • with oil pan grill chicken till lightly brown for about 5 minute both side then drain
  • BAKE IT
  • put chicken with sweet and sour cranberry sauce at 200 C for 20 minute lightly cover top with foil
  • baste with sauce then turn chicken over and bake further another 10 minute cover top
  • lastly uncover and baste with sauce and bake for another 10 minute then off heat and serve
