- 2 or 3 c. boiled chicken, deboned
- 4 boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- black pepper to taste
Method
- Place chicken in casserole dish.
- Add eggs.
- Mix broth and soup.
- Pour over chicken.
- Melt margarine.
- Add flour and milk and mix.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake at 375° until crust is brown. Batter will form crust.
