Ingredients

  • pastry for 2 crust pie
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas and carrots

Method

  • Cook onion in butter in large skillet.
  • Blend in flour and 1 teaspoon salt.
  • Add broth.
  • Cook until thick and bubbly.
  • Add remaining ingredients and heat together.
  • Pour into pastry lined tin.
  • Cover with top crust and bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
