Ingredients
- pastry for 2 crust pie
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/3 c. flour
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas and carrots
Method
- Cook onion in butter in large skillet.
- Blend in flour and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Add broth.
- Cook until thick and bubbly.
- Add remaining ingredients and heat together.
- Pour into pastry lined tin.
- Cover with top crust and bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
