Ingredients
- 2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
- 2 Tbsp. onion
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. cream or milk
- 1 c. shoestring potatoes
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. shredded carrots
Method
- Combine chicken, onion, celery and almonds. Blend mayonnaise, mustard and cream. Fold into chicken mixture.
- Refrigerate for several hours. Add shoestring potatoes and carrots just before serving. Toss well.
