Ingredients
- 3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. mashed potatoes (instant or homemade)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
Method
- Brown ground beef and onion.
- Drain in ovenware dish.
- Put 1/2 of the can of mixed vegetables in bottom of dish.
- Top with half of ground beef and onion mixture.
- Add other half mixed vegetables.
- Add other 1/2 ground beef and onion mixture.
- Top with mashed potatoes.
- Heat before serving.
- Ready to eat with salad and rolls.
