Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, cut in lengthwise strips
  • 1 c. raw broccoli
  • 1 c. sliced zucchini
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 c. oleo
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 12 oz. fettucine, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (optional)

Method

  • Cook broccoli, carrots, zucchini, green pepper, onion and seasoning in oleo in skillet until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in mushrooms. Toss vegetables with hot noodles. Stir in Parmesan cheese, if desired.
