- 2 carrots, cut in lengthwise strips
- 1 c. raw broccoli
- 1 c. sliced zucchini
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 3/4 c. oleo
- garlic salt to taste
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 12 oz. fettucine, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (optional)
Method
- Cook broccoli, carrots, zucchini, green pepper, onion and seasoning in oleo in skillet until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in mushrooms. Toss vegetables with hot noodles. Stir in Parmesan cheese, if desired.
