Ingredients

  • 1 box devil's food cake mix
  • 1 small box chocolate pudding (instant)
  • 3/4 c. sliced almonds
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 5 Tbsp. Amaretto
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 c. chocolate chips

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan and dust with cocoa.
  • Place all ingredients, except chips, in a large bowl and beat 3 minutes.
  • Add chips; mix by hand.
  • Pour in pan and bake 60 minutes.
  • Cool 10 minutes before removing to serving dish.
  • Use Amaretto Glaze for topping.
