- 1 box devil's food cake mix
- 1 small box chocolate pudding (instant)
- 3/4 c. sliced almonds
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 5 Tbsp. Amaretto
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan and dust with cocoa.
- Place all ingredients, except chips, in a large bowl and beat 3 minutes.
- Add chips; mix by hand.
- Pour in pan and bake 60 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes before removing to serving dish.
- Use Amaretto Glaze for topping.
