Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 2 sq. chocolate (semi-sweet)
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. small marshmallows
- 3 1/4 oz. coconut
Method
- Melt chocolate and butter on low heat.
- Cool slightly, then add powdered sugar and the egg.
- Cool more and add nuts and marshmallows.
- Spread coconut out on waxed paper.
- Spoon out chocolate mixture on top of coconut.
- Form rolls and sprinkle more coconut on top.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then slice and eat.
