Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 2 sq. chocolate (semi-sweet)
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. small marshmallows
  • 3 1/4 oz. coconut

Method

  • Melt chocolate and butter on low heat.
  • Cool slightly, then add powdered sugar and the egg.
  • Cool more and add nuts and marshmallows.
  • Spread coconut out on waxed paper.
  • Spoon out chocolate mixture on top of coconut.
  • Form rolls and sprinkle more coconut on top.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then slice and eat.
