Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines chocolate chip cookie mix
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. water
  • 1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1/4 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Method

  • Preheat oven to 325°. Combine cookie mix, egg and water in a large bowl. Stir until thoroughly blended. Stir in cherries and coconut. Shape dough into balls and roll in nuts. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned. Makes 3 dozen.
