Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 4 Whole Wheat Rolls

Method

  • In a large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well.
  • Shape into 4 patties that are each about 1 inch thick.
  • Coat a skillet or grill pan with cooking spray and set pan over medium heat.
  • When pan is hot, add burgers and cook 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Place burgers on rolls add your favorite condiments and enjoy!
