Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 1/4 cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 4 Whole Wheat Rolls
Method
- In a large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well.
- Shape into 4 patties that are each about 1 inch thick.
- Coat a skillet or grill pan with cooking spray and set pan over medium heat.
- When pan is hot, add burgers and cook 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Place burgers on rolls add your favorite condiments and enjoy!
