Ingredients
- 1 box your choice yellow cake mix
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 sticks margarine or butter
- 2/3 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- In a
- large
- bowl
- using a fork, mix flour, margarine or butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon
- and
- vanilla, forming crumbs for top of cake.
- Set aside in refrigerator.
- Make your yellow cake mix according to directions on box,
- except pour mixture into a 12 x 16-inch greased and floured
- cake
- pan.
- Bake
- for 20 minutes. Very carefully remove cake
- and spoon crumb mixture over top of cake.
- Bake 25 minutes
- more.
- When cake cools, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
- Enjoy.
